For direct or indirect links to other websites (“hyperlinks”) which lie outside the responsibility of the author, liability would only arise in the case in strength, in which the author is aware of the contents and it’s technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use of illegal content.
The author explains hereby expressly that at the time of linking, there was no illegal content on any linked pages. On the current and future design, contents or authorship of linked pages, the author has no control.
